The missile launching entails a violent interaction between the flux
and the surrounding obstructions, which can result in the inflammation
or destruction of the launcher or the missile. This aspect determines
the urgency of solving problems of that type.
MLRS missile launching
The figure represents the solution for the pressure distribution in the
course of the MLRS missile launching. The missile exits the guide packet, and
the distribution of fuel charge combustion products affects the launcher,
which can result in its destruction or damage. The computation allows to
determine the point of the greatest exposure to heat and its intensity.
Carrier rocket start-ap from the launching pad
The figure on the left represents the distribution of the combustion products fraction of the rocket propellant when launching "Proton" carrier jets.
The figure on the right represents the pressure distribution on the initial stage of launching a four-jet missile from the firing pad.
Stage splitting
The figure represents the simulation of rocket stages separation. Adiabatic exponent distribution is shown.
